Log Graft successful once the graft has clearly succeeded (new growth from the scion), usually about 4 weeks after grafting. The rest of the batch's grafts are then counted as Graft failed for you. When grafted seedlings are hardened and mature, log Ready to sell: only those can be sold.

Log the same event for many batches at once, e.g. today's germination count for every bed.
